A Few Quick Updates

Ok, so one year later and I still don't have completed kitchen with cabinets yet. I have unfortunately gotten used to this by now and really don't know what I will do when I do get cabinets.

The plan right now looks like my father and I might actually make the cabinets ourselves. Good ole' Pops being the fine carpenter he is has sort of thrown this option out there and I say heck if it saves money lets do it. We will see how this goes.

I do have my stove, fridge, and a temporary sink installed so I am getting good at making up a mean frozen pizza.

Since doing one thing at a time isn't the way I roll, I am also still working on the back porch area which I soon hope to call a laundry room. We will see. I still have some electrical work to do and framing and finishing, etc to go. Basically all I have done is gut the room but I wanted to sound like more progress is being made.

One last item...

I just got this Cuisinart Grind & Brew Thermal 10-cup Automatic Coffeemaker!!!!!!!!!!!

Life is good, I might live in a house with an outdoor grill sitting in my cabinetless kitchen but I can do so with ten cups of HOT FRESHLY BREWED JOE.
